Shipping & Returns

All special orders are non-cancellable once the order is placed and in production with the supplier. All special-order items require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit. There will be no returns on special order items once delivered.

If required, special order items will be repaired unless otherwise directed by the manufacturer.

Any special order cancelled prior to delivery and after the product has been placed into production will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

All in stock sales require 100% payment at the time of purchase. If you cancel your purchase prior to shipping, a full refund will be processed.

Once you take possession of your purchase if you are not happy for any reason, you can within 48 hours of possession, report it to the store and you may be approved for a re-select or return subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned furniture must be received in our warehouse in new condition and with original packaging within 7 days of possession. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

Refunds are processed with the same method of payment (excluding cheque or cash payment, which will be reimbursed by company cheque within 7 – 10 business days).

All floor models and clearance priced product is sold ‘as is’ and without a manufacturer’s warranty. No returns, re-selections or exchanges of floor model or clearance product is possible. Clearance mattresses are not eligible for the Sleep Comfort Guarantee.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all in stock items. If you are ordering a special-order item a 50% deposit is required to place the order. All special-order purchases must be paid in full once the product has been received in our warehouse, prior to shipping arrangements.

Our white glove delivery includes opening, assembling and inspecting your product. Calgary and immediate surrounding communities will receive a call the day of, or the day prior to delivery with a 3-hour window for your delivery. If you are not home when the delivery personnel arrive, they will continue to their next stop and you will be charged an additional delivery fee to reschedule the delivery.

Even though we strive to ensure a damage free delivery, occasionally accidents, or concealed damage may happen. Please note the problem with the delivery personnel. If you notice something after the delivery personnel leave, please report it to the store within 48 hours of delivery.

When you purchase a new mattress set with a mattress pad, you can take 30 days to ensure you’re happy with your choice, or you can make a one-time reselection. We encourage you to use your new sleep set for at least 21 days before requesting a one-time reselection. If you are unsatisfied with your new mattress set, simply contact us within 30 days of the delivery or pickup date and we will help you select a new mattress.

If you request a one-time reselection under the comfort guarantee, you will be charged a delivery fee for the new mattress set, and if the reselection price is higher than the original set, you will have to pay the difference. Please note, that if you request a one-time comfort guarantee reselection, the comfort guarantee does not apply to the new mattress set. In the event that no mattress pad is purchased, or the mattress is stained, the comfort guarantee will not apply.

Many of our manufacturer’s warranties last on average for 1 year. If you encounter any difficulties during the Manufacturer’s Warranty period, please contact our Customer Service department who can help you with next steps.

Our warranty covers any imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship for up to one year, beginning the day your order arrives at your home. Please note that our warranty only applies when products are used for their intended purposes and becomes void when our pieces are modified in any way. Defects or damage resulting from misuse, accidents,

modifications, natural disasters (including water and fire), and regular wear and tear will not be covered by our warranty.

Warranties are non-transferable, does not extend to resale, second-hand, final sale or floor model pieces. It also does not apply to products that are used for commercial purposes, unless those products are considered commercial grade products.

When you visit brackhome.com, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with it. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
